Whether working with time-honored recipes to create adaptations for today’s lifestyle, or setting the perfect table with a collection of family heirlooms mixed with new pieces, Joseph is renowned for his enterprising entertaining skills. Noted for his nod to etiquette, Joseph has mastered the art of avoiding prickly social situations– whether one is a young person embarking on adopting good manners or a seasoned host guiding guests to engage in cheerful conversation. From serving the perfect canape to creating a tabletop prop closet to averting a conversation crisis at the dinner table, Joseph is an expert on the art of entertaining at home.
