John holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, MBA from Penn State University, and Coaching certifications from International Coaching Federation, Center for Credentialing and Education, and Gallup. With a dream of bringing hope to millions around the world, John is the founder and CEO of Team ACES, a coaching and consulting company that helps individuals and organizations develop success habits centered on the pillars of Attitude, Connection, Empowerment, and Strength (ACES). When he is not blazing the trail coaching the next generation of leaders, John is spending time with his family, enjoying a round of golf, or cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
