Eduardo Briceño is a global keynote speaker, facilitator, and author who guides many of the world’s leading companies in developing cultures of learning and high performance. For over a decade he was the CEO of Mindset Works, the first company to offer growth mindset development services. His TED and TEDx talks have been viewed more than ten million times. He was shortlisted by Thinkers50—described by the Financial Times as the “Oscars of management thinking”—for the Breakthrough Idea Award, given every two years to thinkers who “have ignited Eureka moments in management, offering radical ideas that have the potential to reshape the future of business as we know it.” His book, The Performance Paradox: Turning the Power of Mindset into Action, was selected as a "Must-Read" by the Next Big Idea Club and won multiple awards. He is a Pahara-Aspen Fellow and a member of the Aspen Institute’s Global Leadership Network. Earlier in his career, he was a technology investor with Credit Suisse’s venture capital arm. Prior to that he was an investment banking analyst with DLJ. He holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an MBA and M.A. in education from Stanford.
