Teaching, Research, and Service for the Patient – this is my vocation. Ever since I started medical school I’ve been driven by curiosity. The goal has always been to reach an optimal result for patient welfare. One of my main contributions was the development of a new Illosacral Implant which allows immediate weight bearing through a minimally invasive approach (keyhole technique). Teaching medical students and young residents is one of my main favorites. And the well-being of the patients has the first priority.
