Formerly at the Toronto Star and Globe and Mail, Robert Brehl now operates his own consulting, communications and writing firm called abc2 communications inc. He is the co-author of best-selling books Relentless: The True Story of the Man Behind Rogers Communications, Right Hand Man: How Phil Lind Guided the Genius of Ted Rogers, Canada’s Foremost Entrepreneur and Hurricane Hazel: A Life with Purpose about Mississauga’s Hazel McCallion who was the longest-serving mayor of a major city in Canadian history. His latest published books are: Tales of an Unsung Sourdough: The Extraordinary Klondike Adventures of Johnny Lind with Phil Lind and Unconventional: The Story of an Entrepreneurial Environmentalist Inside Alberta’s Oil and Gas Industry with Dave Werklund. Brehl is currently working on Imagine Emma, a father’s perspective after the life of a beloved child was cut short. Brehl has also authored other books, including the bestseller The Best of Milt Dunnell, the legendary Canadian sports columnist from St. Marys, ON and a novel entitled Thriving in Neverland. Both Relentless (2009) and Right Hand Man (2019) were finalists for the National Business Book Award.
