Whitney Elkins-Hutten

Whitney Elkins-Hutten is the founder of Ash Wealth consulting (a financial coaching/consulting firm) and Director of Investor Education at PassiveInvesting.com (a private equity firm). She is the host of the Ash Wealth YouTube show, Passive Investing Made Simple YouTube show, and Multifamily Investor Nation Podcast, and a real estate investor, personal finance trainer, wife, and mom.

After purchasing her first rental in 2002, and hitting a home run, then nearly losing it all on her second deal, Whitney took control and figured out how to invest in real estate the right way. Leveraging her background in scientific research and business operations she replicated the very personal finance and wealth creation strategies the wealthy use in order to create financial freedom for herself and her family.

Whitney wholeheartedly believes that she’s living proof of just how successful anyone can be a real estate investing. As the founder of Ash Wealth consulting, Whitney is on a mission to help families implement sound financial principles, planning, and investing in order to create passive income and long-term wealth for generations to come.

Whitney currently lives in Colorado and enjoys trail running, camping, traveling, photography, craft beers, and playing board games with family and friends.
