Tim Rita

Tim Rita is a beloved award-winning Bartender and Mixologist who hails from the Hawaiian island of Oahu, where he grew up in the proud town of Waianae. Having a strong cultural island family upbringing, Rita always had a love for food, friends and Ohana. Rita made his start in the hospitality industry at the legendary Halekulani in Waikiki, where he began building his accolades. Then moving to the "9th Island" better known as Las Vegas, Rita worked at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and many other notable bar programs gaining National and World recognition. As a well respected figure in the Spirits industry, Rita has perfected his craft in and out of the bar spreading the true Spirit of Aloha which he says, is all about hospitality. Like his latest book "Lily & Stitch : Official Cookbook", Rita believes all roads seems to lead him back to the islands.
