Mark Koesterer founded The Players NIL because he is passionate about helping athletes reach their potential. He has had a long and close connection to sports and athletics for many years. As a former college athlete, he has first-hand knowledge of managing the university culture. As the father of Division 1 college student-athletes, he actively supported their efforts to meet the standards necessary to compete at the highest level while keeping his attention on bigger life objectives. As the President and CEO of Sports Studio, he worked with the top names in sports and entertainment to create a successful Hollywood sports and entertainment firm. During that time, he dealt with athletes, brands, production companies, professional sports leagues, and agencies. He gained expertise in digital marketing, branding, production, group licensing, sponsorship, influencer marketing, apparel design and manufacturing, and fan engagement.
