Matthew Main was born in Tucson Arizona in 1981. He is a chef and restaurateur with over 20 years of experience in this field. In fact, once he finished college, he immediately decided to follow the path of cooking. He began with courses and then immediately worked for some restaurants. However, his dream was very particular: opening an outdoor restaurant where he could cook with his favorite tool, the grill. And after a few years and sacrifices, he was able to fulfill his dream, combined with that of writing a book of his own with recipes that were his trademark. In fact, his goal is to divulge years of learning and the secrets of grilled dishes as much as possible.
