Jennifer Chandler

Jennifer Chandler participated in recreational gymnastics as a child, and two of her children are competitive gymnasts. Jennifer has enjoyed researching the sport and learning more about it through her years of involvement. Jennifer’s goal in the Gymnasts of Maple Hill Series is to write books that young readers enjoy, that accurately portray the sport of gymnastics, and that also depict the characters as real people with a variety of interests, hopes and dreams. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science degree. She particularly enjoyed her studies in history and education. Her hobbies are reading, writing, walking, watching her children do gymnastics, and spending time with her family.
