Experienced Chef, Mom of 3 Teenagers, House Wife, Fitness Enthusiast, and Former Personal Trainer From a Young Age, Britney has been passionate about food, health, and fitness. As a leader of her school volleyball team, Britney decided that after school, she will not go to college but focus on getting certified as a personal trainer and helping people live healthier lives. After coaching people for a few years, Britney quickly realized that the main problem for most adults and teenagers is not the lack of physical activity, even though it‘s still a big concern, but rather terrible eating habits that come from childhood and teenage years. That‘s when she decided to transition her focus more into teaching the younger generation and adults what to eat and how to cook amazing healthy food that they could eat every day and stay fit and healthy at the same time. In fact, this is where she discovered her new passion for cooking, specifically cooking healthy foods, which is the foundation of health and longevity for the young generation of future adults. Just recently, she discovered a new opportunity to share her knowledge, passion, and experience with more teenagers and adults around the world, so even those who can‘t reach her can learn from her.
