Elizabeth (Liz) Panelli is a passionate public health program manager, youth development and mental health advocate, and rising author in the teenage mental health, self-esteem, and life skills space.
As a Master of Public Health (MPH) and former Peace Corps volunteer, Liz has dedicated her career to equipping young people with the vast array of tools they need to succeed in life. Her years of experience working with teens and youth in over 7 countries around the world has instilled in her the drive to serve young people today with all of the unique challenges of the times, from the prevalence of technology and social media to the negative mental health consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Liz's mission is to make critical life skills for independent and fulfilled functioning more accessible and engaging for teenagers so that they are able to implement and use what they've learned. She has founded an educational platform for parents of teenagers and has become a go-to resource for parents and educators looking to support young people on their journey to adulthood.
