Vocationally, Jack has enjoyed a successful 35-year career as a small business leader focused on excellence and sustainable growth. He has endeavored to balance a drive for outstanding results with a total commitment to the overall health and wellbeing of the individuals and teams he leads.
Pursuing his avocation, Jack has worked to advance the great commission; serving on a wide variety of non-profit and faith-based boards, coaching and encouraging other leaders, and leading fishing trips. He is currently an advisor to the H2O church in Bowling Green, OH.
Jack has completed certification as a Stakeholder-Centered Executive Coach with the Marshall Goldsmith organization and holds the Coaching Credential issued by the Townsend Institute (Huntington University).
