Larry Lundstrom is a pastor, author, and innovation leader in ministry and the marketplace. He started his career as a UI designer at Duke Energy, and also founded a tech/internet start-up media agency in The Woodlands, Texas selling it during the dot com boom in early 2000's.
He and his wife Myra have shared their story of faith, forgiveness, and living boldly even through the painful loss of their three year-old son, Colby, to Leukemia, and also losing both of their moms early in life — to Lupus and tragically, domestic violence. Their journey has been filled with trials and testing, but also an assurance of faith and confidence trusting a greater purpose exists.
Their story begins when they first meet in Huntsville, TX, Myra a PRCA barrel racer, aka cowgirl and Larry an aspiring entrepreneur and creative from Galveston, TX. They couldn't be more different, and that's just what brought joy and adventure to their life together.
After 25 years together they now enjoy a small farm in the hill country of Central Arkansas.
Likely everyone's favorite conversation is about the season they served and lived in Kodiak, a remote island in Alaska. Yes, there were plenty Kodiak bear encounters and snow shelter mountain campouts.
