Aloha! I spent most of my adult life as a Fisheries Biologist in the Bering Sea until the day that I hurt my back and ended my career. I decided to turn lemons into lemonade! I am using this forced career change to pursue my other passion....keeping the mind healthy. I am focused on creating content that can help people relax and keep their minds sharp.
