About the Author

Raised in West Virginia, Cynthia Johnson has had many adventures in the mountain state. Being the owner of a tour company allowed her to escort tours throughout the region, the country, and the world. After retiring, she determined it was time to share some of the magic hidden in the mountains. Writing short stories for family, friends, and self, soon grew to the beginnings of this story. If you ask her where this tale came from, she would let you know she has no idea. We don’t really care where it came from…. we just want to see where it takes us.
