Dr. Alexandra McDermott

Dr. Alexandra McDermott, or “Ali” is a Global Advocate, International Book Publisher, award-winning Global Leader, and International Best-Selling Published Author. She left her role as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Southern California where she taught Leadership, Economics, and Organizational Change to doctoral students. She is the CEO and Founder of Pen Crown Publishing, an International Book Publishing company, which serves as a platform for Authors to share their stories, with high impact, and leave the legacy they wish to leave in the world. She has been honored by Marquis Who's Who for her entrepreneurial success and received an Outstanding Leadership Award by Education 2.0. She was also named the Top Global Leader 2023 by the International Association of Top Professionals as well as Global Icon 2023 by Passion Vista. McDermott is living her dream life in southern California with her twin girls and two dogs.
