Dr. Lauren Petrea

Dr. Lauren Petrea is an educational leader in Houston, Texas. She is an expert in K-12 education who dedicated over twenty years to developing and mentoring teachers. She has two bachelor’s degrees from the University of California at Davis. She also has a master’s degree in Education from Saint Mary’s College of Moraga. She earned a Doctor of Education degree from the University of Southern California. She currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Talent and Culture at Raul Yzaguirre Schools for Success. She has been recognized nationally on ABC 20/20 for her work and has been featured on numerous media platforms. She is a best selling author, storyteller, servant leader, world traveler, soccer mom, and philanthropist. Lauren travels the country as a Chi Omega’s National Volunteer working with collegiate students, facilitating leadership sessions and developing future leaders.
