Kit Campoy

Kit Campoy has been called The Voice of the Frontline by the readers of her online content. In 2021, Kit began sharing leadership tips and motivational messages to the retail community on LinkedIn daily. She often ended her posts with a "you got this" nudge of encouragement. Before long, her LinkedIn audience began asking her to write a book of her best practices. Kit is honored to give back to the retail community she called home for over two decades. Although Kit achieved a B.S. in merchandising, her true education came from leading frontline retail teams. In 2022, she stepped away from her retail career to pursue writing full-time.  Kit hails from Tucson, Arizona, and lives in Southern California with her husband. When she's not writing with her dog by her side, Kit spends her time reading, road-tripping, and sipping iced coffee.
