Laura Renner

Laura lives in Denver, Colorado and is a former neonatal intensive care nurse. After a traumatic brain injury in December 2021, Laura left her nursing career and devoted herself to healing from her injury and the significant traumas from her past. She now studies ways to heal the body and mind from trauma and how to help others do the same. Her love for writing developed as a kid, but fell by the wayside as she pursued a career in nursing. Laura started writing again as a means of therapy after her traumatic brain injury, which led to the making of her memoir No, I’m Not Fine. Thank You..
