Noura Farooq is a dynamic young Muslim author dedicated to creating enchanting, interesting and educational Islamic stories for children.
From a young age, Noura was fascinated by the power of language, and this, combined with a lifelong passion for storytelling and a deep interest in Islamic history and culture, is what led her to the literary world.
What began as a personal project—writing short, educational stories for her nephew—transformed into something bigger: a mission to create thoughtful Islamic children’s literature that was able to present the foundations of Islam in a manner that was both engaging but still easy to understand.
Noura’s debut work, ‘Ibrahim’s Marvellous Mission,’ is not only a book—it’s an adventure that takes children on a journey through the origins of Islam. Noura believes deeply in the power of literature as a tool for education, and by simplifying complex ideas into understandable and engaging prose, she hopes that her books not only help Muslim children to see themselves reflected in literature, but also educate a younger audience about the history and teachings of Islam.
