NANCY J GEENEN is the Visionary and CEO of Flexability, recognized for three consecutive years as a “Best for the World – Governance” by B Labs. In 2022, INC magazine recognized Flexability as Best in Business – Management Consulting. Nancy drives the culture and strategy of this social impact workplace consulting firm, building high performance teams through diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. She believes that company culture drives growth and profitability. Nancy is known for her ability to simplify the complex in her strategy and scenario planning work, skills that served her well in managing risk in “bet the company” trials. Nancy leads by example with an exploratory mindset that creates opportunity for idea exchange and development of best practices in ESG, CSR, and DEI. As a business leader, Nancy brings process and governance to every organization with which she works. A consummate story teller, Nancy helps entrepreneurs thrive in an ever changing business landscape. Nancy is a graduate of Harvard Business School – OPM 50, including HBS Vice Provost Honors Certificate in Cybersecurity Risk Management. She holds a JD from Santa Clara University, School of Law, and a MA in Education and a BA in English both from Stanford University while earning Varsity letters in three sports. Nancy lives in NYC with her wife and service dog.
