Raoul Watson

Raoul Watson is an FAA Certified Part 107 Pilot. He was one of the first group of pilots certified by the FAA in the United States in 2016 when this rating was established. He has kept his currency ever since by the two-years FAA pilot recertification cycle. He spent over 11 years programming educational courseware for pre-K through 12 to include curriculum and lesson plans. He programmed over 30 educational titles on the Apple, Macintosh and IBM platforms in-house at an award winning educational software company. Many of these titles have won national awards to include best software of the year. After 22 years of service, he is a retired federal law enforcement officer who loves to drive. He has been driving for nearly 50 years and spent many of those years training in safe driving and law enforcement-related evasive and tactical driving.
