Anna Danforth grew up in Cameroon as a third culture kid where she developed a passion to help global families thrive overseas. She married her high school sweetheart from DR Congo and they raised their two kids in Lesotho and on a farm in South Africa. Anna drew on her experiences as a third culture kid, global worker, and teacher at the Africa Orientation Course to write Raising a Family Overseas. Her kids' book, Sam's Roommate Disaster, explores themes that impact TCKs, such as friendship, adaptability, second chances, healthy risks, and trying new things. Anna also provides training to global workers and expat families. Anna lives on a fruit tree and macadamia farm in KwaZulu Natal with her husband, dogs, cats, and best friends.
