Carolyn Buffington

The author has both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Zoology, and a law degree. She briefly worked as a research assistant in a genetics laboratory. She spent the bulk of her career in the legal profession. Biology, particularly evolution, has always captured her interest. Her two children and three grandchildren live nearby. She enjoys reading and hiking. She is trying to become a better cook.
