Kristen Bateman is an author, writer, editor and creative consultant. She is the author of The Little Book of New York Style. Her other 2024 forthcoming books include: The Met Gala Lookbook, Interior Style: Maximalist, The Little Book of Tom Ford, and Icons of Style: Zendaya. She specializes in writing features for print and digital publications including: Vogue, W Magazine, Elle, Harper's Bazaar, Dazed, Town & Country, The New York Times Style Section, T magazine, The Cut, CNN Style, Architectural Digest, and many, many more. She also writes the shopping newsletter Doll Dealbook, runs the jewelry brand Dollchunk and occasionally writes on her own independent website on beauty, fashion and culture, called Sudden Chic.
