Greg Harden is President of Power One Performance, Inc., a subsidiary of GS Harden and Associates. He provides performance coaching to ultra-professionals, business executives, professional athletes, and community leaders.
Greg Harden was the Executive Associate Athletic Director for student athlete health and wellness at the University of Michigan. He has been affiliated with the University of Michigan (medicine, engineering, and primarily athletics department) since 1986.
He is best known for his work with 7-times super bowl champion, Tom Brady and Heisman trophy winner and Superbowl MVP, Desmond Howard. Greg was featured on a segment of 60 minutes sports where correspondent James Brown profile him as, "Michigan's Secret Weapon."
Greg is a licensed social worker and received both his bachelor and master's degree from the University of Michigan. He resides in Ann Arbor with his wife, Shelia. They have three adult children: Brian, Olivia, and Victor.
