Known for his humorous and honest approach to baking as well as his expert tips and elegant creations, Matt Adlard is the most followed pastry chef in the UK, amassing over 2 million followers across his Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook channels, as well as a loyal cohort of bakers who subscribe to his Bake It Better online cookery school. He’s hosted his own Food Network digital series, and been a judge on Food Network for Christmas Cookie Challenge, Chopped Sweets, and Food Network Challenge. He was also most recently a judge for the UK’s BBC Platinum Pudding Competition.
