Antonia grew up writing poetry and songs and made it her mission to read a book a day. Her love for reading has persisted through her various careers as seed salesperson, technical writer, mom, training manager, singer, songwriter, energetic healer, grandmother, speaker, teacher, and black belt. With that love of reading has come the love for all characters, for amazing settings, for all the stuff you can’t make up, for how all of this has affected our lives, and how we think about ourselves and others. She loves to see more than what can be seen. Antonia and her partner, Greg Lee, have been studying and healing sleep issues for decades. It is part of their belief that sleep is the foundation for an amazing, energetic life. They love to use their energetic healing modality, CoreTalk, to heal people so they can create the life of their dreams. Antonia and Greg live in Northern California on Hummingbird Farm with their 18 pound Siamese-Siberian Forest cat, Kona, Ellie, the full-of-herself golden retriever, and their one-eyed turtle Jade.
