Betty Sexton

I’ve been writing most of my life for enjoyment and in my chosen profession. As time goes on, I am finding it therapeutic and centering. PAUSE grew out of my own personal prayer times and journaling. I am working on a fiction piece for middle grades and a memoir about my childhood. I love the simple life, sharing joy with my family, spending time with God, and relaxing at the beach.
