Emma Young

Emma Young is a cheese specialist with 13 years of experience in the industry. She is a consultant specialising in opening cheese shops and developing cheese businesses globally. She is the author of 'The Cheese Wheel', a flavour based guide on the subject of cheese. She started her cheese career working a part-time job in a cheese shop whilst she was at University....and she never left the world of cheese! Her career has taken her through extensive retail, managing wholesale cheese departments, a dabble into cheesemaking and more. She is an international cheese judge and an educator in both France and the UK.
