Selina López Hinojosa

Selina López Hinojosa, a 2X #1 International Best Selling Author and TEDx Speaker, is a native of Corpus Christi, TX. She is the CEO of LIFT by Selina, where she practices as a Medical Exercise Specialist and Transformation Coach. After defeating a 20-year drug and alcohol addiction, Selina now shares the wisdom she has gained from her journey to help clients overcome their barriers to make meaningful and lasting changes to their health, fitness, career, and emotional wellbeing. In 2022, Selina graced the cover of the inaugural issue of Epic Fit Magazine, and has been featured on 2 Supermodels Unlimited billboards in Times Square, New York. She’s currently writing and recording her own songs such as “ Under the Water” which will be released on Spotify in 2024. Selina still resides in Corpus Christi along with her husband, Reggie, and 3 sons; Fabian (24), Jay (21), and Mossimo (14).
