Melissa Eastin M.Ed., is an educator and children's book author with over 30 years of teaching reading and writing. She's worked in staff development, teaching teachers how to integrate beautiful literature into classroom instruction, and is a passionate advocate for children's social-emotional and leadership development. Drawing inspiration from her enthusiastic dog Choe, Melissa introduces essential life skills through Dolly's relatable adventures. Her mission is to empower young readers with confidence and empathy to become the leaders of the future, making her books a valuable resource for parents, teachers, and counselors alike.
