Lawrence J. "Butch" Sheets

Lawrence J 'Butch' Sheets has spent over 50 years in IT, including Service Management practitioner experience across banking, military, and manufacturing with 10 years spent as the architect for a Service Management implementation and the last 14 years as a Service Management educator and consultant. Butch uses the greater than 24 years experience in applying Service Management principles to day-to-day management of IT, including assessment, design, and governance disciplines. Butch has presented the results of the Service Management success achieved at conferences and local events to help others achieve similar benefits. Butch has leveraged these experiences, lessons learned, and knowledge to co-author "A Practical Guide to Service Management'.
