Achelles Ubreech, the enigmatic author-illustrator extraordinaire, has always had a knack for telling all sorts of stories whether spooky, humorous, or bizarre.
In a particularly strange turn of events, he was banished from his hometown years ago due to an ill-fated catastrophe involving an intense Scrabble game and a number of uninvited squirrels.
He attributes much of his interest in storytelling to his eccentric uncle who claimed to be an alien ambassador and spun many a bedtime tale of intergalactic moon-pirates, the exploits of garden gnomes who snuck in at night to steal your underpants, and the sinister, yet true, origins of marshmallows.
His life and work continues to baffle and bewitch, leaving an indelible mark on the worlds he’s touched, both real and surreal.
