Graduate in Psychology and Economics and Business Sciences, with a Master in Mindfulness from the University of Zaragoza. She has participated in educational conferences and Mindfulness Congresses and is one of the promoters of the First Conference on Christian Tradition and Mindfulness in 2015, organized with the Master of Mindfulness at the University of Zaragoza. She participated with the presentation "The Revolution of Tenderness: Being Like Children." She is co-author of "Mindfulness and Christianity. Between the Word and Silence" (Siglantana, 2016). Since 1996 she has been dedicated to the study of Interiority and its expansion, to the training of educators and pastoral agents, and to teaching courses and retreats on Christian spirituality integrated with mindfulness, aimed at young people, lay people and religious communities. She carries out the "Contemplative Holistic Care Sessions" with vulnerable groups and she has taught at the Mindfulness Expert at the University of Zaragoza. Other books by the author are "Creating a Culture of Interiority. From the classroom, in pastoral care and in daily life" (Khaf, 2014) and "Tenderness" (San Pablo, 2018). She was a missionary in the Congregation of Mother Teresa of Calcutta in England and Italy. Currently she, she is a Lay Missionary of this congregation.
