Ramsey is a global thinker adept at combining technical analysis with social trends to prescribe solutions to help C-suite executives optimize P&L performance. Ramsey is the Founder of Ramsey Jay, Jr. and Associates, a strategic consulting company that specializes in corporate finance, commercial sales, enterprise team leadership, and cultural awareness. Additionally, Ramsey has delivered more than 600 keynotes, seminars, and corporate trainings, in addition to authoring the best-selling book, "Empowering Dreamers To Become Achievers." Prior to founding his consultancy, Ramsey worked on Wall Street as a global alternative investment management executive. Civically, Ramsey is president of the Gamma Zeta Boulé Foundation, which transforms adolescent males through its L.A.M.P. Mentor program. An avid enthusiast, Ramsey enjoys traveling with his friends and family to attend college football games and jazz festivals. Ramsey earned an MBA from the Tuck School of Business where he was elected commencement speaker, and a BS from Fresno State where he was a Division 1 Track athlete.
