Elizabeth Harris is a registered dietitian, certified Intuitive Eating counselor, speaker, author, entrepreneur, and co-host of the podcast Wellness Rebranded. She’s passionate about empowering people to drop out of diet culture and reimagine their relationship with food, movement, and their bodies so they can prioritize their whole health with Intuitive Eating, gentle nutrition, and body image healing. Known for her self-compassion, non-judgmental approach, add-in approach to healthy eating—along with her undying love of dark chocolate peanut butter cups—Elizabeth’s motto is “self-care, not self-control.” Because she firmly believes that food is meant to be enjoyed, movement should make you happy, and we’ve all got better things to do than counting carbs or calories! Elizabeth holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Russian language and Slavic and East European Studies from the University of Connecticut. In her spare time, you’ll find her keeping backyard bees, gardening, reading voraciously, and traveling the world with her husband and nearly-grown kids—hitting every available farmers’ market along the way.
