Joi A. Spencer

Joi Spencer is Dean and Professor of Education at the University of California, Riverside's School of Education. A longtime resident of California, she embraces the wonderful opportunities that a high quality, equitable education can provide. Dr. Spencer loves the outdoors and is awed by California's mountains, lakes, valleys and biodiversity.
