With more than 30 years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, lean manufacturing and supply chain management, Scott collaborates with manufacturing companies to help strengthen their businesses bottom line. Walton has spent most of his career in the manufacturing industry where he has worked closely with automotive, manufacturing and distribution companies to assess their business needs on a strategic, financial and operational level. Walton is also an expert at restructuring manufacturing companies with a focus on quickly diagnosing the issues and developing plans to restructure finance, sales and particularly the operations of the company.
