Milan Schwarzkopf received his MSc and PhD from the Czech Technical University and MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology. Milan is also an accredited coach. - He spent his working years as an (Interim) Senior Project and Program Manager on large scale, strategic, multimillion (up to 15M), complex, critical global projects (banking systems: KBC, Wustenrot, Equa bank; telco operators-payment and service systems: T-Mobile, Telefonica TMS, Mobile Payment Association; system integrators-digitalizations: Konica Minolta, DHL IT services, Intergram, DieboldNixdorf, DIGITAL, COMPAQ), managing large (up to 45 managers) and global distributed/virtual multi-expert teams (EU, Asia, US). - Milan knows financial management both for corporate and personal planning. He has used both his education and personal experience to create simple and practical guide for retirement financial preparation. - Milan is known for living the Third Act experiences he writes about. - Like most responsible people, he had created a healthy financial nest egg to take him through his own retirement. And like most people, doing a fair amount of travel and treating his last third of his life like an extended vacation, he soon learned the secret to having an exciting and meaningful retirement being more than just financial security. We need good relationships, health, and an updated life purpose, too. - He likes skiing (both downhill and cross-country), riding his bike, mountaineering, and traveling all over the world, and he also used to practice rafting, kayaking, and rock climbing.
