I have been a chiropractor for almost 30 years. I completed my science degree at The University of Western Ontario and attended chiropractic school at Canadian Memorial in Toronto.

Shortly after graduation I began training in Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP). Through continued study I am now one of only a handful of chiropractors who are advanced trained in CBP. This training provides a unique and effective approach to spinal rehabilitation.

In 2008 we sold everything we owned and my wife Jan, and 3 children moved to the Okanagan from Ontario. In 2009 I founded Lighthouse Chiropractic and Integrative Health. As a multidisciplinary clinic, Lighthouse focuses on active spinal rehabilitation.

My professional focus is now turning to more advanced spinal rehabilitation. I work to reduce degenerative conditions of the spine, scoliosis and many age-related disorders of the spine that limit the quality of life and activity levels of my Okanagan clients.

I am also currently conducting research with UBC on the impact that today’s spinal rehabilitation strategies have on human immune performance. My current study is with UBCO Health and Social Development and is supported by UBC and the Australian Spinal Research Foundation.

In between private practice, chiropractic research and advancing my professional training, I enjoy all the West has to offer. Skiing, cycling (trail and road), heading out on Lake Okanagan for a surf or trekking through the woods and occasionally, convinced by Jan, we'll head out on our SUPs for the day. My mantra is "even a bad day outdoors, beats indoors any day."
