Joyce Schriebman is an author, educator, and interfaith activist. In addition to Oy, Santa! Joyce’s poetry was included in the anthology, Things We Feel (Pomelo Books, 2022). A thesis in graduate school led Joyce to an interest in Jewish-Muslim relations and, in 2015 she founded the nonprofit, My Brother From another Mother. Joyce is the co-author along with her husband, Dr. Yehezkel Landau, of How to talk to just about anyone about Israel-Palestine, which is available to download for free at the website, My Brother from Another Mother. Born in San Francisco and raised in beautiful northern California, Joyce now lives in the magnificent Northeast where she reads, writes, and tries to emulate Pollyanna as much as she can.
