Ashlee Boothe

Dr. Ashlee Boothe, a Baylor University alum, serves as an adjunct instructor at Texas A&M International University. She is the founder of AB Consulting for new teachers, with 15 years of experience in education. Dr. Boothe has served in a variety of roles such as teacher, assistant principal, principal, curriculum director, and most recently, state and federal programs coordinator.

Dr. Boothe understands first hand the struggles of working as a new teacher, while working in an alternative certification program. Dr. Boothe helps new teachers navigate teacher certification in Texas, while becoming confident in classroom management, time management, content knowledge, work-life balance, and more.
