Barry Mallin

The author is an attorney who has specialized in housing and community development for more than thirty-five years. Mr. Mallin has lectured at law schools and universities on housing and community development law and has been called upon to provide expertise to government housing agencies and legislative committees on the local, state and federal levels. He has authored several publications on community development law, including Limited Equity Cooperatives—A Legal Handbook, and co-authored Legal Handbook on Developing Low Income Housing and Legal Handbook for Community Development Organizations.
