Kristi W. Arth

Kristi W. Arth is an Assistant Professor of Law at Belmont University College of Law where she also serves as the Director of Experiential Learning. Her scholarship focuses on the intersection of the law and arts policy, as well as issues in modern litigation practice. Prior to joining Belmont’s faculty, she was a partner with Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, an Am Law 200 law firm, where she represented record labels, visual artists, authors, galleries, and entrepreneurs, among other clients in non-arts sectors. Professor Arth practiced in the areas of civil litigation and intellectual property. She earned her juris doctor and master’s in arts policy & administration at The Ohio State University.
