He has led teams across all go-to-market Operations functions, Sales Development, and Customer Success. He spent over five years building the Operations functions at Drift, the creator of Conversational Marketing (acquired by Vista Private Equity), and over five years at Upserve, a restaurant technology company (also acquired by Vista Private Equity).
Today, Sean is a Partner at BeaconGTM, a go-to-market consulting firm that helps CEOs and Revenue Leaders improve go-to-market execution. He is also the host of the “Operations with Sean Lane” podcast. When he’s not writing, consulting or podcasting, you can find Sean in Massachusetts hanging out with his wife, his two amazing daughters, and his dog.
