John Ok, MD, is a distinguished anesthesiologist with a background in biochemistry, molecular biology, and biotechnology. He holds a BA and MA from Boston University, an MD from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, and completed his residency at John Hopkins Hospital.
In his practice, Dr. Ok has seen firsthand the critical roles that balance, mobility, and strength play in maintaining daily independence and preventing injuries among seniors. Outside his medical duties, he is a tae-kwon-do enthusiast who enjoys cooking and baking.
