G C Rochester

GC Rochester is a pen name of Geneva Rochester. Geneva has a degree in Paralegal Studies, Health Sciences, certificates for Grow to Greatness, Entrepreneurship, Script writing, and Health Informatics courses at Coursera Online; along with those, a pursuit for a BA in Business Administration, and Creative Writing. She worked part-time as a CNA in a nursing home in Pennsylvania. She has worked in various fields through the years, while maintaining a desire to write children stories and poetry. She writes children books to inspire creativity, while promoting self-awareness, and to encourage children to share their stories, and know they matter.

Writing has been a long time passion for Geneva, but she did not always have the time to finish her artistry. Now she has the time and patience to accomplish her goals; and that is to write and share her stories. The first series of books written by Geneva has her grandchildren as the protagonists.

Owning her own business is a dream come true for Geneva; now bringing success to fruition is her desire and goal. She brings a determination and passion that will surely lead to the success of Rochester Books, which is home-based, and started in 2010.
