I've always been creative, but after my husband's passing, I was looking for something to relieve stress and get my mind in a better place. I wanted to do something repetitive; it didn't matter what it was; it just needed to be an action repeated over and over again. So, what is more repetitive than simply making marks?
I did some research and found out that repetitious actions are great stress and anxiety relievers. Making marks/doodling can be an excellent tool for someone with phobias, such as fear of flying, heights, or crowded spaces.
Doodling has been so helpful in relieving my stress and anxiety, and it has now evolved into coloring books. So, I’ve decided to publish books I want to color, doodle, and share with you.
